First ever hollow back and let’s just say, I’ve got my work cut out for me. Forearm balance is the hardest for me, it feels damn near impossible to pull my chest through anymore. All you ladies rocking this out should earn an award! This shit is HARD!!! #yoga #asana #practice

I was trying to convince myself that I could do #Visvamistrasana by getting into while standing up; my brain kept saying impossible until I held this pose. #Visvamistrasana for #invertyoselfseptember and another personal breakthrough for me. 🎉 I’ve tried and tried to get into the full expression of the pose for years now after having attended one of @yoga_medicine’s workshops in Portland. She broke down how to get into this pose from a seated position and it blew my mind. 3 years later and BOOM! 💥 Lift off!
