Surrender; whole heartedly simply let go. We all hold onto so much shit. What would happen if, for even a couple of minutes, you let it go? While living in Spain a close friend (whom only spoke Spanish) told me to stop worrying to just Dejalo… Leave it behind. I really want to do another #aerial #yoga class. I had so much fun moving through #asana that is usually so hard but with the aid of gravity, I found so much more room to access the harder poses. You don’t want to wrench your knees around for a picture? for your ego? It took me a good couple of minutes of settling before I decided to go for the hamstring stretch. πŸ‘ #yoga #asana #practice
